The Taney County Partnership (TCP) is a public-private economic development organization, committed to strengthening the economic vitality of Taney County, Missouri through growth-focused initiatives across the region.
Mission Statement
The Taney County Partnership coordinates and facilitates the development of a strong, diversified, and competitive economy in Taney County, Missouri.
TCP strives to bring the public and private sectors together through its composition, consisting of:
- Taney County
- Branson/Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce (BLACC)
- The county’s incorporated cities and villages
- A dedicated group of business sector stakeholders
TCP strives for growth through three main initiatives:

Business Retention & Expansion (BRE)
With over 80% of new jobs typically created by existing companies, helping those businesses already present in the area is essential to Taney County’s long-term success. TCP provides the tools, connections, and resources companies need to succeed and scale.
Workforce Development
TCP works closely with employers, educators, and workforce agencies to strengthen the region’s talent pipeline necessary to fuel business success. We strive to help employers solve workforce challenges while preparing residents for in-demand jobs.
