Forsyth is the county seat for Taney County. Its population is just over 2,500 people. Located near Bull Shoals and Taneycomo Lakes. Great place to live and raise a family.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the running of our two sewer plants in the city. 
  • Identify problem areas and help maintain our facilities. 
  • Take samples and send off to responsible agency.

Qualifications

  • At least one year experience in sewer plant operations and maintenance. 
  • Must possess a valid Class "B" CDL license. 
  • Must have a class "D" or "C" certification as a Missouri Water Operator and Missouri Wastewater Operator as a minimum. 
  • Must work well with a team in carrying out the City's mission. 
  • Be willing to help in other areas of Public Works Department.
