Position: Delivery Driver
Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Pay: $16.00 per hour (benefits offered after completion of required probationary period)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Responsibilities
As a Delivery Driver, you’ll be an essential part of our operations, responsible for:
- Safely loading, transporting, and unloading flooring materials, supplies, and equipment in non-climate controlled environments, on construction sites, and up and down flights of stairs (materials weigh approximately 30 lbs).
- Delivering products to customer homes, job sites, and contractors on schedule.
- Ensuring all deliveries are accurate, properly documented, and damage-free.
- Performing daily vehicle inspections and maintaining cleanliness and basic upkeep of company delivery vehicles.
- Assisting warehouse staff with material handling, organization, and restocking when not on the road.
- Providing exceptional customer service and representing Getting Floor’D with professionalism and courtesy.
- Following all safety regulations and maintaining compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should demonstrate:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Ability to lift, move, and carry heavy materials (up to 75 lbs).
- Dependability and a strong sense of responsibility.
- A positive attitude and willingness to assist the team as needed.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous delivery or warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to operate company vehicles (training provided).
