- Work the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) as the go-to team member for guest needs, questions, and check-ins.
- Balance the books nightly—post revenues, reconcile ledgers, and make sure every penny has a home.
- Handle guest requests and complaints calmly and professionally (even at 3 AM).
- Manage reports, paperwork, and financial summaries like a night owl with a calculator.
- Keep things secure and confidential—you're the trusted closer of the day’s business.
Job Description
What You Will Do
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces.
- Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils in designated areas.
- Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area.
- Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish-up assistance.
- Help ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces.
What We Are Looking For
- No experience? No problem! We’ll train the right candidate.
- Food Safety Certificate or willingness to complete training within 90 days.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or squat for long periods.
- A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
