Front of the House Supervisor at the Student Dining Hall

College of the Ozarks is looking for an experienced Front of the House Supervisor at the College’s Pearl Roger’s Student Dining Hall. 

Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months experience in a high-volume fast paced kitchen with a solid background of supervisory skills.  The facility is an all you can eat feeding 2,500 daily meals. Key skill requirements are to lead, direct and develop a staff of 140 students to ensure all operating standards are adhered to.  SERVSAFE certification will be required within 30 days of employment unless certification is current.  Preferred qualifications include good communication skills, a positive attitude, an eye for detail, passionate about working with and developing college students, evaluating students each semester, knowledge of Microsoft and POS systems, and can relate well with the Academic, Vocational, Christian, Cultural, and Patriotic mission pillars of the College. 

This is a full time (year-round) position and includes benefits such as paid medical insurance, retirement fund, and vacation/sick paid time off.  This position will be for morning shifts.
