Getting Floor’D LLC is a fast-growing flooring company in Branson, Missouri, known for delivering quality flooring and installation every time. We serve both residential and commercial clients and are expanding into a new, larger facility. We’re looking for a motivated team member who wants to grow with us.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role blends customer service, sales, and project coordination. You’ll work directly with homeowners, builders, and business owners to guide them through flooring selections and project estimates.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in sales, construction, or project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting flooring products (carpet, tile, LVT, hardwood, etc.)
• Generate and follow up on sales leads
• Conduct measurements (we will train) and assist in creating estimates
• Build relationships with contractors, builders, and repeat clients
• Coordinate with installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain organized records of quotes, orders, and customer communications
• Contribute to meeting team sales goals

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Willingness to learn flooring products and estimating
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license
