As a Spa Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests of the Cedar Creek Spa. This includes running and maintaining the front desk of the spa, monitoring bookings, managing check-in and check-out processes, and overseeing the maintenance of the retail space.
 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Maintain smooth front desk operations to support a world-class guest experience in bookings, check-ins/outs, and retail sales. May include spa tours for new guests, explanations of amenities provided during their visit, and communication with service providers regarding guest arrivals and departures.
  • Handle guest communication through hospitality communication systems, over the phone, or in person.
  • Enhance guest experience through upselling or adding services or retail items based on availability and package offerings.
  • Frequently use company computer systems to track bookings, schedule appointments, and communicate with guests and other teams throughout the property.
  • All other duties as assigned.
     

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Years of Experience: 1–2 years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Certificates or Licenses: N/A.
     

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:

  • Previous experience working in a service industry with appointment keeping preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and associates at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Regularly walks, sits, stands, and performs computer work.
Occasionally lifts up to 50 lbs.

Additional Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in an environment that promotes quiet and relaxation, including exposure to products with fragrances.
 

INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:

Performs tasks and duties under direct supervision, using well-defined policies and procedures. Work is reviewed by a supervisor. Limited opportunity exists for exercising independent judgment and decision-making.
