This position will lead capital improvements projects with
street construction, storm and sanitary sewers, heavy-highway construction, and building rehabilitation.

What do you need to be considered for this incredible opportunity?

• Graduation from an accredited technical school program or a college or university with an Associate of Technology degree in Civil Technology.
  – Six (6) years of directly related work experience may be substituted for formal education as determined by the Department Director.
• Three (3) years of experience in the construction of streets, heavy highway construction, building construction, evaluation, material sampling, repair, rehabilitation, or inspection.
• Bonus points if you have certification in specialty areas.
• Possess a valid driver's license and be insurable under the City of Branson's motor vehicle coverage when operating a vehicle as a part of the position.
• Possess a valid Class B CDL license or obtain within twelve (12) months of start date. (A passing grade on the written portion of the Class A or B CDL exam is required before start date.)
• Possess or be able to obtain certification as a Work Zone Safety and Traffic Signal Technician within twelve (12) months of start date.
• Be willing to work snow routes that include 12-hour shifts during the months of November through March.
• Be able to pass a background investigation and drug and alcohol screenings.
