TCHD is seeking a part-time, non-exempt Executive Assistant (32 hours per week) to provide high-level administrative support to the Director and Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct administrative support to the Director and Leadership Team
• Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Manage calendars and scheduling
• Respond to correspondence and inquiries
• Edit, proofread, and format documents
• Perform other advanced administrative duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree and at least two (2) years of administrative or clerical experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent computer proficiency
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
