Infant/Toddler Teacher Assistant (EHS)
Center: Ridgecrest Head Start and Early Head Start
Work Status: Part-Time 12:00-5:00 (Closing Position)
OACAC Head Start is seeking motivated team members for the position of Head Start Preschool Teacher Assistant. As an Assistant Teacher, you will create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that helps children reach their highest potential while partnering with parents and your co-teaching team to help make this happen. You will show exemplary responsive care, while demonstrating classroom management skills, lesson planning and developmentally appropriate practice. Salary Range: $16.57 - $19.65
Requirements: Minimum of HS Diploma/GED AND six (6) college credit hours or Preschool CDA. Experience working with preschool children. Willingness to obtain CDA Credential.
Preferred: Early Childhood degree. Copy of transcript required with application.
