Fritz’s Adventure is now hiring a Sales Manager for our location in Branson, Missouri. Fritz’s is an experiential adventure park that brings people together through discovery, challenge and play. We offer two million cubic feet of attractions including zip lines, mazes, tunnels, ropes course, playgrounds and more.
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving group bookings and revenue by building relationships with schools, youth organizations, corporate clients, and social groups. This role focuses on selling and coordinating group visits, events, and park experiences that create unforgettable adventures for every guest.
The ideal candidate combines strong sales ability, exceptional customer service, and a passion for fun, active experiences. The Group Sales Representative works closely with the Revenue Manager, Operations Team, and Marketing Department to achieve attendance and revenue goals while ensuring seamless event execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Proactively identify and pursue new group sales opportunities, including schools, camps, sports teams, church groups, corporate clients, and tour operators.
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients through calls, emails, networking events, and site visits.
- Create customized group packages and pricing proposals that meet client needs while maximizing profitability.
- Conduct outbound sales campaigns to drive advance bookings.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on promotional materials and digital campaigns targeting group audiences.
- Maintain a detailed sales pipeline and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Event Coordination & Guest Experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all booked groups from inquiry through post-visit follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Admissions, Food & Beverage, Attractions, and Operations) to ensure event details are communicated and executed accurately.
- Prepare group itineraries, invoices, confirmations, and other required documentation.
- Support special events, buyouts, and private functions as assigned.
Administrative & Reporting Duties
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM and/or POS.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports summarizing sales activity, bookings, and revenue performance.
- Track deposits, payments, and outstanding balances in coordination with the Finance team.
- Monitor guest feedback and provide insight for continuous improvement.
- Assist in developing and refining group sales policies, procedures, and promotional materials.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with the Revenue Manager to forecast group attendance, staffing needs, and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure group arrival times, meal schedules, and attraction access are aligned with daily park operations.
- Partner with Marketing to identify seasonal sales opportunities and community engagement initiatives.
- Participate in trade shows, local business events, and community functions to promote the park’s group programs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in hospitality, attractions, tourism, or event sales.
- Proven success achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and POS or booking software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work occasional weekends, holidays, and evenings to support events or peak booking periods.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
Schedule & Environment:
- Full-time position with base salary + commission.
- Occasional support for night/weekend/peak season as needed.
