Accounting Clerk / Front Office Assistant
Description
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk / Front Office Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers while also providing excellent customer service as the first point of contact for our office.
Responsibilities:
- Process Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Double-Entry Bookkeeping Tasks
- Enter and Reconcile Data within Accounting Software
- Answer Phones, Manage Emails
- Maintain Organized Records and Files
- Manage Office Supply Inventory
- Provide Administrative Support to the Team as Needed
Qualifications:
- Previous Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Office Experience Preferred
- Proficiency with Basic Computer Programs (Excel, email, etc.)
- Strong Attention to Detail and Accuracy
- Friendly, Professional Communication Skills
- Ability to Multitask and Stay Organized in a Busy Environment
- Reliable and Punctual
