Office Manager
Description
We are a growing granite and countertop company in Branson seeking a highly organized, dependable Front Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is a key leadership position within our company. The right candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing both customer service and financial administrative tasks.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for showroom visitors, phone calls, and emails
- Schedule appointments, template dates, and installations
- Manage invoicing, payments, and customer accounts using QuickBooks
- Maintain accurate job files and documentation
- Coordinate with installers, fabricators, and management to keep projects on schedule
- Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally
- Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming office environment
- Manage office supply inventory
Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in office administration or customer service
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (required)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable handling payments and financial records
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Construction or home service industry experience is a plus
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 8-hour shift
- In-person position

Compensation
- $20–$23 per hour (based on experience)
