Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Customer service
- Reservations and ticket sales - in person and answering the phone.
- Retail sales
- Daily gift shop operations
Must have a flexible schedule and willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to interact with customers professionally, friendly, and with a high level of competency. Previous retail sales and/or phone sales experience a plus. Specific requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Computer and POS skills
- Phone skills
- Able to work well with others
- Punctual and Reliable
- Excellent communication skills
Pleasant, outgoing personality - Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a high paced environment
